Job Synopsis

Job Responsibilities

• Develop scalable machine learning solutions tailored to solve specific business challenges.
• Process and analyze vast historical datasets from Amazon to automate and optimize critical workflows.
• Create, assess, and deploy innovative machine learning models at scale.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to embed machine learning models into real-time use cases.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for applying machine learning techniques.
• Design and maintain efficient, automated pipelines for data analysis, model development, validation, and upkeep.
• Promote new algorithms and support the implementation of complex ML models across production environments.
• Lead projects and guide teams of scientists and engineers in advanced machine learning methodologies.

About the Team

The International Machine Learning Team focuses on creating innovative machine learning solutions addressing challenges primarily in India and emerging markets including MENA and Latin America. The group directly impacts financial and operational results through cutting-edge AI applications.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience developing models for business applications.
• Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant field.
• Strong record of patents or publications in reputable, peer-reviewed venues.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or equivalent.
• Expertise in areas including algorithms and data structures, parsing, numerical optimization, data mining, parallel/distributed systems, or high-performance computing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing and optimizing state-of-the-art deep learning models, including training and pruning techniques.
• Proven ability to apply theoretical models effectively in practical settings.
