- Ensure timely and precise payroll execution across all APAC countries
- Provide backup support to the Global Payroll Manager when needed
- Validate and reconcile payroll data, scrutinizing reports to detect any inconsistencies
- Maintain adherence to local payroll laws and internal policies
- Assist with audit preparations and keep documentation comprehensive and current
- Develop and enhance payroll protocols, creating standardized workflows and driving automation to boost efficiency
- Manage payroll-related data inputs from HRIS (HiBob), ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to support reporting, reconciliations, and resolve vendor queries
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, process-oriented, and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility. Excellent communication skills across cultures and time zones are essential to succeed in this fast-paced setting.
Qualifications and Experience
- Background in managing payroll across multiple countries, particularly in outsourced frameworks
- Comprehensive knowledge of payroll controls and operational processes
- Exceptional attention to detail paired with analytical capability
- Experience using HRIS and payroll technology platforms
Desirable Additional Skills
- Familiarity with payroll service providers such as BDO, Deel, and Remote
- Experience designing payroll processes from inception
- Exposure to audit procedures and regulatory compliance standards
