Role Overview
The Business Development Representative will lead targeted outbound prospecting through channels including email, LinkedIn, and phone to initiate client conversations. Responsibilities include qualifying potential leads against the ideal customer profile using structured discovery methods, nurturing leads with clear communication to sustain engagement, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align campaigns and hand off prospects, maintaining accurate data in Salesforce, sharing market insights to refine outreach strategies, and assisting with event and campaign lead engagement to generate pipeline growth.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses 1-2 years of experience in a BDR or SDR role, with internship or campus sales experience considered.
- Familiar with Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator; experience with Outreach or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple outreach initiatives simultaneously.
- Curious and receptive to coaching, quickly incorporating feedback.
- Resilient and motivated, maintaining momentum despite setbacks.
- Collaborative, working effectively with Account Executives and Marketing teams and celebrating team achievements.
- This position requires presence in the London office five days a week, as in-person collaboration is valued for better results.
