Position Overview

Joining the Game Application and Platform Development Group at NetEase means contributing to cutting-edge gaming tools and platforms. The team has launched award-winning products like UU Booster and MuMu Player, serving hundreds of millions globally and pioneering AI Agent technology and gaming commerce products for international users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve features for Android productivity apps under senior engineer guidance
• Adopt modern Android technologies including Kotlin, Jetpack components, and Jetpack Compose
• Assume full responsibility for independent feature development and delivery
• Engage in code reviews, technical seminars, and implement best engineering practices
• Collaborate with product and design teams to define user requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Monitor app performance and stability, assist in troubleshooting live issues
• Produce clean, maintainable, and well-tested code consistent with team standards

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, graduating in 2027
• Strong fundamentals in computer science including data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and networking
• Proficiency in one or more object-oriented languages such as Java, Kotlin, or C++
• Basic Android development skills including familiarity with Activity & Fragment lifecycle, UI components, and event handling
• Practical project experience via coursework, open-source, or internships emphasizing learning and development
• Excellent problem-solving and self-learning capabilities; able to master new technologies independently
• Strong communication skills in Mandarin and basic English literacy; demonstrates teamwork and ownership

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship or personal project experience developing Android applications
• Familiarity with Kotlin language features including coroutines and Flow for asynchronous processing
• Awareness of Android performance, memory, and UI rendering optimization techniques
• Participation in algorithm competitions, technical blogging, or open-source contributions
• Interest in global Android ecosystems such as Google Play and Material Design guidelines
