AI/ML Associate Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an AI/ML Associate Manager to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions tailored to complex business problems. This role involves utilizing cloud AI services, Generative AI technologies, and cutting-edge MLOps methodologies to deliver scalable AI systems ready for production environments. Expertise in model creation, data engineering, and AI platform utilization is essential to drive enterprise-wide AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build AI/ML applications using cloud-native AI solutions and modern frameworks.
• Develop and sustain scalable data pipelines to support training, deployment, monitoring, and production operations of models.
• Apply DevOps and MLOps principles to streamline model lifecycle management and ensure continuous integration and delivery.
• Customize and deploy Generative AI models, including Large Language Models and Deep Learning architectures, aligned with business requirements.
• Create AI solutions spanning cloud platforms, edge computing devices, and high-performance computing infrastructures.
• Assess model performance and illustrate the business impact, accuracy, and effectiveness.
• Engage in research to evaluate emerging AI algorithms, technologies, and modeling methods.
• Work extensively with diverse structured and unstructured datasets using advanced data preparation and feature engineering.
• Design efficient storage solutions for data, models, and knowledge management essential for AI applications.
• Collaborate with data engineers, system architects, and business stakeholders to deliver robust, production-level AI products.
• Adhere to security, governance, and ethical AI standards throughout the solution development process.

Candidate Qualifications

• 6 to 9 years of relevant experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Data Engineering domains.
• Proven hands-on expertise in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions within enterprise settings.
• Proficient in Python programming and experienced with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience working with Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Deep Learning technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud AI platforms, including Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud services.
• Competent in building data pipelines and employing MLOps for deployment and monitoring of models.
• Strong fundamentals in data preprocessing, engineering, and optimization of machine learning models.

Preferred Expertise

• Hands-on experience tuning and deploying Generative AI and foundational models for business applications.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques, vector databases, embeddings, and AI agent systems.
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration via Kubernetes.
• Exposure to edge AI, distributed computing frameworks, and high-performance computing environments.
• Skilled in AI observability, model monitoring, and maintaining production support systems.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving abilities alongside effective stakeholder engagement skills.
• Certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Cloud Technologies are advantageous.
