Role Overview

The Management Consultant specializing in Supply Chain & Engineering will assist clients in transforming their supply chain and engineering operations to enhance efficiency, robustness, and overall business results. The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to analyze issues, devise innovative solutions, and lead transformative programs spanning procurement, production, logistics, asset management, and engineering activities.

Key Duties

  • Provide strategic analyses and deliver actionable suggestions tailored to high-level clients.
  • Break down complex problems and convert data into valuable business insights.
  • Support execution of large transformation programs from planning through delivery.
  • Create operating frameworks, develop business cases, and conduct market evaluations.
  • Assist in preparing presentations for executive leadership and facilitating client workshops.

Candidate Profile

  • Possess between 2 and 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, or business development within reputable global firms.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and adeptness at managing stakeholders.
  • Apply structured thinking accompanied by a confident executive demeanor.
  • Ability to excel in fast-moving, international environments.
  • Capable of independently managing project workstreams.
