Role Overview
Join Accenture's Cybersecurity team tasked with designing and implementing secure architectures tailored for AI and agentic systems within enterprise settings. Collaborate closely with client leadership to convert AI security requirements into robust, scalable designs that facilitate secure technology adoption while sustaining stability and trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Create comprehensive security architectures covering AI/ML workflows, including data ingestion, model lifecycle (development, hosting, inference), identity management, and integral controls.
- Adapt Accenture's AI security frameworks into actionable and customized architectures that align with clients' operational contexts and business goals.
- Lead threat modeling and risk evaluation exercises specific to AI workloads, establishing mitigation plans and secure design frameworks.
- Assess and advise on secure AI platforms and tools such as runtime protection, guardrails, AI security posture management, model scanning, and large language model gateways.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership during engagements, steering delivery teams and mentoring consultants to guarantee quality results.
- Engage collaboratively with client architects, CISOs, and security leaders to validate designs and oversee their transition to production environments.
- Help shape security strategies and architecture in AI transformation initiatives across various sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in security architecture encompassing cloud, identity, network, and data security, with specialization in at least one leading cloud platform.
- Practical knowledge of AI/ML system architectures and understanding of critical security risks throughout the AI lifecycle.
- Awareness of the secure AI tools ecosystem, with the skill to critically evaluate and align solutions with client needs.
- Proven leadership in managing technical workstreams and mentoring teams in complex project environments.
- Strong abilities in stakeholder engagement and influencing senior client decision-makers effectively.
- Competence in simplifying complex technical issues into clear architectural guidance and feasible recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant cybersecurity or cloud architecture certifications (like CISSP, CCSP, or cloud security credentials).
- Direct experience with securing large language models, agentic systems, or AI-driven applications.
- Familiarity with delivering security projects in the GCC region or comparable markets.
