Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to oversee the effective delivery of our enterprise AI platform alongside customer-facing implementations. This pivotal role integrates efforts across engineering, architecture, deployment, and product teams, ensuring coordinated progress, risk mitigation, and consistent high-quality outcomes. Ideal candidates excel at structuring complex projects, synchronizing technical groups toward shared objectives, and leading critical programs in fast-paced, expanding organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of multiple simultaneous technical programs and strategic projects.
• Coordinate collaboration among engineering, architecture, deployment, and platform teams delivering AI enterprise solutions.
• Lead release schedules, production deployment processes, and go-live activities spanning various teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage delivery timelines, track dependencies, and resolve technical barriers to keep programs on course.
• Facilitate Agile practices including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and roadmap reviews.
• Partner closely with engineering leadership, architects, product managers, and executives to align strategic priorities.
• Implement robust delivery governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and operational rhythms within the organization.
• Translate complex business goals into actionable technical delivery plans.
• Drive continuous improvements in delivery processes, execution quality, and organizational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience establishing delivery governance and operational rhythms for large programs.
• Ability to convert high-level business strategies into detailed technical execution plans.
• Background in managing developer platforms, APIs, AI platforms, or engineering enablement initiatives.
• Minimum 6 years in Technical Program Management, Delivery Leadership, or closely related roles.
• Successful track record of coordinating complex technical programs from inception through production deployment.
• Skilled at managing multiple projects with competing priorities simultaneously.
• Experienced in cross-functional coordination between engineering, architecture, and deployment teams.
• Leadership of enterprise software release cycles and production deployments.
• Strong command of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
