Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead and ensure the timely delivery of our enterprise AI platform and client implementations. This pivotal position integrates engineering, architecture, deployment, and product delivery efforts. The successful candidate will manage multiple technical initiatives, overcome delivery hindrances, coordinate dependencies, and uphold superior quality in engineering outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of multiple technical programs and strategic projects concurrently.
• Coordinate efforts among engineering, architecture, deployment, and platform teams to deploy enterprise AI solutions.
• Lead release planning, production launches, and go-live executions across diverse teams.
• Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and resolve technical obstacles to maintain program progress.
• Facilitate Agile meetings including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and roadmap assessments.
• Collaborate closely with engineering heads, architects, product managers, and senior executives to synchronize priorities.
• Implement effective delivery governance, reporting structures, and operational rhythms within the organization.
• Convert business goals into actionable technical plans for delivery.
• Continuously enhance delivery methodologies, execution quality, and organizational productivity.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record of setting up delivery governance and program operational routines.
• Ability to transform business strategies into practical technical execution plans.
• Experience in delivering developer platforms, APIs, AI platforms, or engineering enablement initiatives.
• Minimum of six years of experience in Technical Program Management, Delivery Leadership, or related roles.
• Successful history in managing complex technical programs from inception through production release.
• Expertise in handling multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
• Strong coordination skills across cross-functional engineering, architecture, and deployment teams.
• Background leading enterprise software releases and managing production deployments.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
