Role Summary

As an Enterprise Solutions expert in the Middle East (Riyadh), you will lead AI-powered transformation programs for major clients. Your work spans ERP, CRM, HCM, SCM, Planning, and Manufacturing solutions, encompassing everything from strategy and roadmaps to implementation oversight and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through comprehensive transformation initiatives involving enterprise solutions including ERP, CRM, HCM, SCM, Planning, and Manufacturing from strategic planning to implementation governance.
• Design and implement AI-driven ERP use cases, such as AI-accelerated testing, data migration, documentation, and deployment of autonomous agents in financial and procurement processes, ensuring compliance with governance and data protection policies.
• Advocate for best practices across business requirements and solution implementation to reduce custom development and lower ongoing maintenance efforts.
• Contribute knowledge to the Enterprise Solutions community by attending relevant industry events, researching and experimenting with emerging technologies like Generative AI and agentic AI, and publishing insightful articles.

Candidate Profile

• Possess above-average academic credentials in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related disciplines, preferably with strong academics.
• Bring 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in enterprise solutions transformation within CRM, ERP, HCM, SCM, Planning, or Manufacturing, ideally with SAP S/4HANA expertise.
• Demonstrate clear understanding of end-to-end business processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Lead-to-Quote, Record-to-Report, and Hire-to-Retire.
• Familiarity with industry-specific solutions like SAP IS-OIL, related add-ons (e.g., APO/IBP, Treasury/BCM, FSCM), analytical platforms (SAP BW/BI, SAP Analytics Cloud), and AI-enabled ERP capabilities like SAP Joule, S/4HANA embedded AI, and agentic workflows on SAP BTP.
• Experience working with Generative AI tools including ChatGPT and Claude, with a capacity to critically assess outputs and an interest in deploying agentic AI in ERP contexts.
• Exemplify excellent teamwork, communication, presentation, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills, along with strong client orientation and a drive for achieving results.
• Fluent in English, with Arabic language skills considered a significant advantage.
• Prepared to travel frequently within the region to client sites.
