Job Responsibilities

• Lead critical components within implementation and transformation programs, turning strategic recommendations into actionable plans that realize measurable business outcomes.
• Manage program execution, ensuring stakeholder alignment, overcoming obstacles, and driving value realization throughout transformation efforts.
• Utilize structured analytical thinking and apply business transformation principles effectively in real-world situations.
• Support the deployment of organizational redesign initiatives, including establishing target operating models covering processes, governance, roles, and performance management practices.
• Oversee disciplined delivery of project segments, including prioritizing initiatives, developing business cases, and tracking roadmaps and value realization metrics.
• Analyze processes to identify opportunities for streamlining and performance enhancements, emphasizing business and financial impacts.
• Engage and communicate confidently with internal teams and client stakeholders to foster shared understanding and smooth execution.
• Ensure high-quality implementation standards focused on practical efficiency and effectiveness.
• Advocate and support process improvements and change management activities that embed new ways of working and uplift capabilities via upskilling within transformation contexts.
• Leverage generative AI technologies, including large language model workflows, agentic systems, and retrieval-based solutions, to expedite transformation and change management outcomes.
• Contribute to documenting and systematizing knowledge assets derived from projects and proposals.
• Assist in mentoring and onboarding junior team members based on accumulated expertise.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years consulting experience in operations, implementation, or transformation roles preferred; alternatively, 2 or more years of industry experience required, with 3 to 6+ years strongly favored.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory; possession of an advanced degree is advantageous.
• Fluent communication in both Arabic and English languages is essential.
• Demonstrated strong business and financial understanding.
• Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and SQL, alongside modern analytical and AI tools to aid problem-solving and automation, is beneficial.
