Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounting & Finance recruiter to join our team. Ideal candidates possess at least 2 years of staffing agency recruiting experience and full-desk recruiting capabilities managing both client acquisition and candidate placement. Even if you specialize in other recruitment fields, we encourage conversations as we support a broad range of specialties.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business by leveraging expert sales skills to attract and retain clients.
• Conduct recruitment activities using Jobot’s advanced technology stack, including the Jax ATS, to source and place candidates aligned with client requirements.
• Maintain a leadership style grounded in kindness and respect.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years working within staffing agencies as a recruiter.
• Proven ability to manage full-desk recruitment responsibilities, encompassing both client development and candidate sourcing.
• Strong track record of achieving or surpassing placement and revenue goals.
• Excellent relationship-building skills to nurture internal and external partnerships.

Preferred Attributes

• Specialization or experience recruiting for Accounting & Finance roles or related skill sets.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn or Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree completion.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $500,000 annually, supplemented with commissions and bonuses tied directly to individual performance.
