Job Overview
Nautilus International seeks a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes across over 20 diverse job sectors. This role entails sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates to meet client hiring needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct candidate sourcing and screening for various industry verticals.
- Manage job postings on appropriate platforms to attract potential applicants.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Facilitate offer communication, negotiation, and joining formalities for selected candidates.
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication abilities to engage candidates and clients.
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to handle client interactions confidently.
- Applicants should possess 0 to 1 year of experience in recruitment.
- Graduation is not a mandatory prerequisite to apply.
Additional Information
Compensation is offered in the range of 100000 to 300000 INR per annum.
