Key Responsibilities

• Train callers in effective communication methods, detailed product information, and handling calls professionally.
• Develop and continuously improve call scripts tailored for various products and marketing campaigns.
• Facilitate mock call sessions and offer constructive feedback to boost caller performance.
• Oversee caller performance metrics and recommend ways to enhance communication and customer engagement.
• Assist in recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and initial training phases for new callers.

Candidate Eligibility

• Applicants must be available for a work-from-home position.
• Must be able to commence work between August 13 and September 17, 2026.
• Commitment to a six-month internship duration is required.
• Possession of relevant skills and a strong interest in training and development.

Additional Requirements

• Proficient spoken English and written Hindi skills.
• Basic familiarity with Google Docs and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and training abilities.
• Availability during working hours from 10 AM to 7 PM.
