About the Internship
This internship involves supporting the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, managing communication, and coordinating interviews. You will also be responsible for maintaining candidate data and assisting in refining hiring strategies to improve recruitment outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn and Broxer.
- Evaluate resumes to ensure alignment with job criteria.
- Reach out to shortlisted applicants and facilitate their progression through recruitment stages.
- Arrange interview schedules and keep applicants informed about updates.
- Organize and maintain a comprehensive candidate database for ongoing and future recruitment needs.
- Monitor recruitment progress and compile reports on hiring metrics.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to optimize sourcing techniques and candidate experience.
- Assist in disseminating job advertisements across multiple channels to attract quality applicants.
- Manage all recruitment-related paperwork and documentation systematically.
