This internship offers hands-on experience in human resource recruitment within a leading accounting and business solutions firm. Interns will engage in sourcing candidates from various platforms, resume screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting recruitment campaigns, gaining valuable exposure to the end-to-end hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates through professional networks and online job portals.
- Evaluate resumes to ensure alignment with job criteria.
- Arrange and manage interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain organized records through recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Support internship programs and large-scale hiring initiatives.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout recruitment stages.
- Assist the HR department in daily recruitment operations.
