About the Opportunity
Unmannd Autonomy, a pioneering company crafting highly intelligent unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for defense applications, invites candidates to join their team as Talent Acquisition Interns. This remote internship focuses on developing your human resource expertise by engaging in various recruitment activities aimed at enhancing our talent acquisition processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the resume screening process to identify qualified applicants for different roles within the organization.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews while collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment workflow.
- Leverage MS-Excel to maintain candidate databases and produce analytical reports.
- Communicate eloquently in written English for correspondence with candidates and internal teams.
- Conduct phone-based interviews to evaluate applicants’ qualifications and cultural compatibility.
- Assist in recruitment events and contribute to employer branding efforts.
- Work alongside the HR team to optimize recruitment strategies and identify process improvements.
Candidate Qualifications and Preferences
- Should have a foundational understanding of embedded systems, electronics, Field-Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA), radio frequency technologies, artificial intelligence, robotics, aerospace, or manufacturing domains.
- Prior internship experience in recruitment or HR operations is advantageous.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and HR tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Excel, and HRMS is preferred.
