Embark on your journey in Talent Acquisition by joining Myraid as an intern. This role offers hands-on collaboration with the HR team to recruit exceptional candidates for the company, emphasizing strong written English skills.
Key Duties
- Facilitate job vacancy postings across multiple recruitment channels to attract suitable applicants.
- Review applications and conduct initial telephone screenings with prospects.
- Arrange interview schedules with hiring managers to streamline selection.
- Contribute to composing job descriptions and maintain updates within the applicant tracking system.
- Investigate current recruitment methodologies and industry best practices.
- Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees.
- Engage in team discussions offering insights to improve recruitment strategies.

Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly stipend totaling ₹25,000, divided into a fixed component of ₹10,000 and an incentive component of ₹15,000.
- Potential job offer upon successful completion of the internship with an annual salary range of ₹500,000 to ₹700,000.
