This six-month internship is designed as a stepping stone for those eager to build a rewarding career in talent acquisition. Selected candidates will gain comprehensive experience in sourcing, screening, hiring coordination, and onboarding while working closely with senior HR professionals. Performance during the internship can lead to a pre-placement offer (PPO).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract potential talent using various platforms such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Develop and maintain a high-caliber candidate pipeline with emphasis on sales positions.
• Conduct resume reviews and initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate suitability.
• Ensure consistent candidate follow-ups to minimize drop-offs and enhance joining ratios.
• Arrange interviews and maintain timely, professional communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Facilitate offer releases and joining formalities coordinating with HR operations.
• Maintain and report daily and weekly hiring metrics and recruitment insights.

Growth Path Overview

• Weeks 1-2: Onboard into processes, begin sourcing for active roles, and support candidates early in the recruitment funnel.
• Months 1-2: Progress to independent handling of recruitment roles, interview coordination, and candidate pipeline management.
• Months 3-4: Take ownership of multiple roles and ensure smooth onboarding processes with consistent candidate communication.
• Months 5-6: Manage end-to-end hiring confidently, support onboarding cycles, and aim for performance-based PPO.
• Post-internship, opportunities exist to grow within talent acquisition or adjacent HR areas based on performance and interest.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be MBA freshers or recent graduates (any discipline; preference to HR).
• Availability for a full-time, in-office internship in Mumbai for 6 months, starting between August 14, 2026 and September 18, 2026.
• Strong interest and skills relevant to talent acquisition and people engagement.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Organized, proactive, self-driven, with the capacity to multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable working under a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policy.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000, composed of a fixed pay between ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 plus ₹2,000 to ₹3,000 incentive.
• Pre-placement offer conditional upon notable performance, with a potential salary package between ₹200,000 to ₹250,000 annually upon conversion.
