About the Internship
As a Human Resources intern at Trading Fox Private Limited, you will gain practical experience by supporting the HR department and actively contributing to various HR functions. The role requires proficiency in MS-Office, MS-Excel, and MS-Word, and offers an opportunity to learn and grow in a dynamic environment that values creativity and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job vacancies, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records along with HR databases accurately.
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Help in planning and organizing company events and training sessions.
- Participate in payroll processing and managing employee benefit administration.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and aid in formulating HR policies and procedures.
- Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team as required.
Candidate Eligibility
- Must be available for a full-time, onsite internship based in Jaipur.
- Should be able to commence the internship between August 17th, 2026 and September 21st, 2026.
- Must commit to the entire internship duration of 3 months.
- Candidates must be residents of Jaipur only.
- Relevant skills and interests related to HR are required.
Compensation and Benefits
