About the Internship
This internship offers a hands-on experience in talent acquisition within the healthcare diagnostics sector. Interns will engage in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles including Healthcare, Diagnostics, Sales, Operations, and Corporate positions. Responsibilities encompass candidate call screening, maintaining recruitment databases, coordinating interviews, and assisting with documentation and joining formalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential candidates through multiple recruitment platforms and referrals.
- Shortlist applicants matching job requirements across diverse departments.
- Screen resumes for suitability in alignment with job specifications.
- Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess experience, availability, location, and salary expectations.
- Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring authorities.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Update recruitment trackers and manage candidate information systematically.
- Prepare and disseminate interview schedules and necessary information to candidates.
- Facilitate coordination of pre-joining documentation and formalities for selected candidates.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring targets within required timelines.
- Participate in additional Talent Acquisition-related activities as needed.

- Must be available for a full-time, on-site internship.
- Available to begin between September 10, 2026, and October 15, 2026.
