About the Internship
This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the complete recruitment cycle and HR operations within a digital marketing company. The intern will engage in sourcing candidates across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, job portals, and social networks, while maintaining communication and coordination throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract potential candidates using various online platforms and employee referrals.
- Advertise available job roles and examine suitable candidate profiles.
- Conduct resume screening and shortlist candidates based on the job requirements.
- Initiate contact with candidates to assess their availability, interest, and specific needs.
- Arrange and manage interview schedules involving candidates and hiring personnel.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates during all phases of recruitment.
- Update and manage recruitment trackers, records, and databases with relevant information.
- Oversee the documentation process and facilitate joining formalities.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing until onboarding.
- Assist in routine HR activities including documentation and employee management.
- Compile and prepare reports to monitor recruitment progress.
Eligibility & Additional Requirements
- Applicants must be able to work remotely and start between 21st September 2026 and 26th October 2026.
- Available to commit to a three-month internship duration.
- Possess relevant aptitude and interest in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
- Fresh graduates and those with prior internship experience are welcome.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential.
- Comfortable with telephonic communication, LinkedIn, job portals, and candidate follow-ups.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace is required.
- Ready to start immediately or at the earliest convenience.
- Candidates should be willing to relocate to Noida and work onsite if necessary.
Stipend and Perks
The stipend ranges from INR 7,000 to INR 32,000 per month, composed of a fixed component between INR 5,000 and INR 12,000 plus incentives ranging from INR 2,000 to INR 20,000 monthly. Additionally, the internship provides flexible working hours to accommodate different schedules.
