Adex Media Hub invites applications for a full-time, in-office Human Resources internship based in Pune. This opportunity offers hands-on exposure to HR functions and talent acquisition, with the potential for a pre-placement offer (PPO) after successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and shortlist candidates for ongoing job vacancies.
- Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Handle onboarding paperwork and assist with HR administrative duties.
- Contribute to internal staff engagement initiatives.
Candidate Eligibility
- Availability for a full-time internship at the Pune office.
- Start date between 25th September 2026 and 30th October 2026.
- Commitment to a 3-month duration.
- Possess relevant skills and genuine interest in HR.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed BBA, MBA (preferably HR or General), or B.Com.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Basic practical knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills.
- Energetic, proactive mindset with eagerness to learn comprehensive recruitment processes.
- Candidates must reside in Pune and be prepared to work full-time on office premises.
Compensation and Additional Information
- Monthly stipend ranging between INR 3,000 and 5,000.
