Internship Overview

This internship offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in recruitment within a well-established HR service provider with widespread presence across India. The role involves understanding client hiring needs, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing communication throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client hiring requirements and translate them into actionable candidate search criteria.
• Source potential candidates via various platforms including job portals, internal databases, online research, and referrals.
• Conduct telephonic conversations with candidates to assess their experience, suitability, expectations, and interest level in available roles.
• Shortlist appropriate candidates and facilitate scheduling of interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain continuous communication with candidates during the entire selection and hiring phases, including offer discussions and onboarding.
• Keep meticulous records of recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and daily progress trackers.
• Collaborate with assigned Franchise Partners to effectively support ongoing hiring needs.

Candidate Eligibility

• Applicants must be able to work remotely and commit to a three-month internship.
• Availability to commence work between 21st September 2026 and 26th October 2026 is required.
• Candidates should possess relevant skills and a strong interest in HR recruiting processes.
• Encouragement extended to women aiming to begin or resume their career and to freshers seeking employment opportunities.

Compensation and Perks

• A monthly remuneration of INR 15,000 is provided.
• Certification is awarded at the conclusion of the internship.
• Flexible working hours enable a balanced schedule.
• Successful interns may receive a job offer with an expected annual salary range of INR 300,000 to 360,000 upon conversion to permanent employment.
