Internship Overview and Responsibilities
The selected intern will be centrally involved in various human resources activities, including recruiting and onboarding. Day-to-day tasks involve:
- Utilizing job portals and social media platforms to source and screen potential candidates.
- Organizing and coordinating interview sessions and managing candidate communications and follow-ups.
- Keeping up-to-date recruitment records, maintaining Excel sheets and Management Information Systems (MIS) data, and preparing HR reports.
- Assisting with the onboarding process and handling employee documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, onsite internship based in Jaipur.
- Internship start date should be within the period from September 28, 2026, to November 2, 2026.
- A commitment to a 6-month internship duration is required.
