Interns will have the chance to support hiring efforts including preliminary screening, telephonic interviews, and generating leads through social media channels, with proper training provided to facilitate these tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate PPO and full-time employment opportunities for eligible interns.
- Evaluate communication abilities and other eligibility parameters of candidates before scheduling interviews.
- Conduct initial telephonic rounds to screen candidates prior to forwarding them for subsequent interviews.
- Generate recruitment leads by leveraging social media platforms.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment operations from sourcing to follow-up.
