About the internship
About the Role
This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to key HR functions within a pioneering research education platform. Interns will gain exposure to various human resources operations supporting the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with executing HR operational tasks and managing employee lifecycle procedures.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of HRMS and HRIS systems, including accurate data management and monitoring workflows.
- Oversee onboarding processes, employee documentation, attendance tracking, and maintaining personnel records.
- Help coordinate recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Contribute to the preparation of HR dashboards and reporting while suggesting improvements to operational procedures.
- Participate in drafting HR policies and help establish standardized processes.
