About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in business development and sales within a rapidly growing recruitment firm. The intern will engage in research, lead generation, and client engagement to drive new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out market analysis to pinpoint potential clients and uncover new sales prospects.
- Identify target market segments and find prospective clients using online resources, databases, referrals, and social media channels.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and networking activities.
- Assess client business needs to schedule meetings for the Business Development team effectively.
- Update and manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems accurately with leads and follow-up actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact professionally with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot to manage customer data.
- Experience or knowledge in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
- Interest in business development, sales strategies, and client relationship management.
Eligibility Criteria
