Internship Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment by advertising job vacancies, screening applications, and organizing interviews.
- Contribute to the formulation and execution of HR strategies to attract and retain talented individuals.
- Manage administrative tasks including maintaining comprehensive employee records and updating HR databases.
- Help conduct interviews and relay candidate evaluations to the HR team.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve workplace conflicts or issues.
- Support talent management and employee growth initiatives.
- Participate in various HR projects and organizational activities as required.
Candidate Profile
Ideal interns will be proactive, exhibit excellent communication skills, and demonstrate keen attention to detail. Passion for human resource functions and teamwork is essential.
