About the Internship
BCloud Global Services is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Operations Intern eager to develop their career in Human Resources. This internship provides practical exposure in recruitment processes, employee coordination, and general HR operations.
The internship spans 6 months, after which outstanding interns may be offered a full-time position based on their performance and evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist throughout the recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Identify and screen candidates using various job portals.
- Arrange and coordinate interview schedules with applicants.
- Maintain accurate records of employees and candidates.
- Support the onboarding process and related documentation tasks.
- Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and updates.
- Manage basic HR operational and administrative duties.
- Collaborate with internal teams to fulfill hiring requirements.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Open to full-time, in-office interns available to start between September 11 and October 16, 2026.
- Applicants must commit to the entire 6-month internship tenure.
- Fresh graduates welcomed; MBA/PGDM in HR, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
- Essential communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office and recruitment platforms is necessary.
- Strong willingness to learn and advance in HR.
- MBA/PGDM students in their 3rd semester may apply if they can secure a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their institution for the internship and subsequent full-time employment.
