About the Internship
This internship is designed for a proactive individual passionate about supervising and guiding a team of Trial Managers to ensure trials are executed smoothly and on schedule. The intern will oversee the team, manage targets, monitor lead generation and distribution, and compile weekly performance reports.
Daily Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and workflow of the Trial Manager team.
- Provide daily guidance and supervision to Trial Managers.
- Establish daily and weekly trial targets for the team and monitor their attainment.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned trial tasks.
- Track lead generation activities and maintain detailed lead reports.
- Coordinate and review lead allocation among team members.
- Monitor progress from lead assignment through trial completion.
- Prepare and distribute weekly reports covering leads, trials, target achievements, and team performance.
- Guarantee proper scheduling and follow-up for trial activities.
- Identify any delays or issues during trials and implement appropriate corrective measures.
- Inspire and motivate the team to enhance trial completion and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to promote smooth trial operations.

Additional Requirements
- Experience ranging from 0 to 3 years in team management, sales, lead generation, operations, or business development roles is preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and coordination capabilities.
- Comfortable managing team targets and compiling regular reports.
- Freshers demonstrating robust leadership and coordination skills may also be considered.
- Preferably responsible, organized, target-driven, and efficient in team management to ensure successful and timely trial completions.
