Join Optima Learn as a Human Resources intern and engage with a vibrant team focused on building AI-driven personalized competitive exam preparation tools. This internship provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, data tracking via MS Excel, internal communication, and innovative collaboration using ChatGPT, all within a fully remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting efforts including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and coordination of hiring procedures.
- Utilize MS Excel to monitor and evaluate HR data such as employee performance and recruitment metrics.
- Help the HR department with administrative duties including meeting setups, document preparation, and record keeping.
- Improve organizational communication by drafting clear emails, memos, and announcements.
- Work alongside ChatGPT to offer prompt and tailored support for employee inquiries and HR matters.
- Engage in training sessions and workshops to deepen understanding of HR methodologies and current trends.
- Provide constructive suggestions aimed at enhancing HR processes and boosting employee participation within the company.

- Applicants must be prepared to work from home.
