Internship Overview
This is a full-time, in-office internship position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, lasting for 2 months with an immediate start. The role involves working six days per week, offering a fixed monthly stipend of ₹20,000 plus performance-based incentives of ₹5,000 monthly. Key Responsibilities
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of company operations and effectively perform assigned duties.
- Assist with recruitment, operational tasks, research, process enhancement, and documentation.
- Collect requirements, resolve operational queries, and deliver accurate work within deadlines.
- Support business operations and workflow under the direct supervision of the founder's office.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at process optimization, coordination, and operational improvements.
- Contribute to creating reports, documentation, and research across multiple teams.
- Manage several tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment, demonstrating ownership and meticulousness.
Candidate Eligibility
- Candidates must be available for a full-time, on-site internship starting between September 23, 2026, and October 28, 2026.
- The internship duration is strictly 2 months.
- Relevant skills and interests are required.

- Completion of an undergraduate degree is preferred.
