Key Responsibilities
- Support the hiring process by sourcing candidates, assisting in interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
- Participate in organizing initiatives and events aimed at enhancing employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Work alongside the HR team to help coordinate training sessions and employee development programs.
- Maintain and update employee information and HR systems accurately.
- Assist in applying HR policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Provide administrative assistance such as scheduling meetings and handling departmental correspondence.
- Contribute to special projects aligned with TBX's HR strategies.
