Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates across various open positions.

- Conduct preliminary phone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and suitability for roles.
- Arrange and manage interview schedules between applicants and recruitment panels.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system, ensuring candidate records are complete and current.
- Support new hire onboarding activities, including document management and orientation facilitation.
- Contribute to HR projects aimed at enhancing recruitment efficiency and processes.
