Join JP IT STAFFING LLC as an IT Recruiter Intern and actively participate in the hiring cycle by sourcing candidates, managing communications, and maintaining organized candidate data. This practical role is designed to develop your communication skills and computer proficiency while gaining insights into IT recruitment practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential candidates for IT positions using authorized recruitment platforms and search tools.
- Evaluate resumes and applications, paying attention to candidates' experience with computer networking and other technical competencies.
- Engage with candidates in fluent professional English to provide job information and coordinate further processes.
- Arrange interview schedules and ensure timely communication with candidates and recruiters regarding confirmations and updates.
- Keep detailed and up-to-date records of candidates and maintain recruitment trackers through everyday software.
- Support the recruitment team by preparing job advertisements and organizing candidate documentation for review.
- Follow up on pending recruiting activities and highlight any gaps in scheduling or information to the team.

- Work schedule includes 5 working days per week.
