Campus Recruiter and Team Lead Internship (Remote)

About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on experience in managing recruitment processes and team leadership in a fully remote setting. Interns will support end-to-end recruitment activities ranging from job description preparation and candidate sourcing to coordinating interviews and onboarding procedures. The role also involves leading designated teams to meet recruitment objectives aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to creating and refining job descriptions according to the organization's hiring needs.
• Assist in onboarding new employees by managing documentation, communications, and orientation programs.
• Search for potential candidates using diverse sourcing methods such as job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Review and shortlist resumes based on qualifications and role specifications.
• Manage interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates and recruiting panels.
• Keep candidate databases updated and generate reports to monitor recruitment progress.
• Support planning and execution of campus recruitment drives, hiring events, and career fairs.
• Supervise assigned teams by delegating tasks, tracking performance, and ensuring timely completion.
• Organize regular team coordination sessions, provide support, and contribute towards achieving recruitment targets.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available to work from home.
• Should be able to start between September 23 and October 28, 2026.
• Available for the entire 2-month internship duration.
• Possess relevant skills and a keen interest in recruitment and HR activities.
• Prior internship or project exposure in human resources or recruitment is desirable.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for professional networking (e.g., LinkedIn).
• Experience participating in campus-related events is preferred.

Additional Details

Compensation: A stipend ranging from ₹2,000 to ₹6,000 per month, combining a fixed component of ₹1,000 plus performance-based incentives from ₹1,000 to ₹5,000.
