About the Internship

This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in human resources within a dynamic and fast-moving organization. As an intern at RSHCE Renu Sharma Health Care and Education Foundation, you will utilize your skills in Microsoft Office, English communication (both spoken and written), coordination, leadership, and LinkedIn marketing to support the HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment efforts including posting job vacancies, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Support the planning and organization of training programs and professional development activities.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system.
• Help implement HR policies ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and organizational standards.
• Contribute to initiatives that boost employee engagement and promote a positive working environment.
• Work collaboratively on special HR projects aimed at organizational improvement.
• Apply LinkedIn marketing techniques to attract potential candidates and enhance the employer brand.

Who Should Apply
