Internship Overview
This internship offers a unique opportunity to develop core skills in talent acquisition while contributing to a meaningful cause. As a Talent Sourcing Intern, you will assist in identifying and attracting potential candidates, supporting recruitment efforts across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
- Perform resume screenings to shortlist appropriate candidates for positions available.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews and assessments with relevant hiring managers.
- Manage and update the candidate database to keep records current and accurate.
- Support the creation and execution of recruitment strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with HR team members to enhance recruitment processes continually.
- Exhibit leadership by undertaking extra projects and responsibilities during the internship tenure.
