Internship Overview
This internship offers hands-on experience in human resources with a focus on recruitment and HR operations. Interns will engage in sourcing potential candidates, managing the entire hiring process, and supporting day-to-day HR activities within a dynamic digital marketing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, social media channels, and employee referrals.
- Advertise job openings and find suitable applicants matching the job descriptions.
- Evaluate resumes critically to shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
- Communicate with candidates to gauge their availability, interest, and expectations.
- Organize and schedule interviews involving both candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with applicants throughout the recruitment stages.
- Manage recruitment tracking systems and maintain comprehensive candidate records and hiring databases.
- Coordinate all necessary documentation and formalities related to onboarding new hires.
- Support the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through selection and onboarding processes.
- Facilitate daily HR operations, including documentation and employee engagement activities.
- Generate regular recruitment reports to monitor and track hiring metrics.

- Applicants must be available for full-time, in-office internship based in Noida.

Additional Requirements

Stipend and Perks
