About the Internship

This internship offers an opportunity to contribute to organic growth and platform adoption through various outreach channels such as campus networks, social media, influencers, and ambassador initiatives. Interns will play a key part in streamlining user onboarding, enhancing verification integrity, and fostering authentic community interactions to maintain platform quality and safety. The role involves analyzing key metrics, performing growth experiments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the ecosystem's expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand platform adoption organically leveraging campus connections, social media platforms, influencer partnerships, and ambassador programs.
• Identify and utilize growth opportunities to boost user acquisition and brand visibility.
• Optimize the onboarding process to raise activation rates and user profile completion.
• Maintain verification standards ensuring platform authenticity.
• Detect and resolve onboarding challenges and user friction points.
• Create educational materials including user manuals and FAQ documents to simplify platform features.
• Develop compelling content to encourage feature use and adoption.
• Track critical performance indicators such as activation, engagement, retention, and overall growth.
• Analyze data to propose enhancements improving user engagement and retention.
• Monitor the health of the community while enforcing safety and platform quality standards.
• Implement and uphold community guidelines to nurture genuine and productive interactions.
• Respond swiftly to user inquiries and solve issues impacting user experience.
• Study user feedback, behavior, and feature usage to uncover growth barriers.
• Translate insights into actionable UI/UX modifications.
• Prepare comprehensive reports detailing user activity, engagement, and platform performance metrics.
• Plan and conduct growth experiments aimed at refining conversion funnels and acquisition loops.
• Continuously test and refine strategies to maximize user adoption and engagement.
• Work collaboratively with Product, Growth, and Operations teams to facilitate platform ecosystem growth.

Candidate Eligibility

• Applicants must be available for remote work on a part-time basis for three months starting between October 16, 2026 and November 20, 2026.
• Candidates should possess relevant skills and a keen interest in the role.

Stipend and Perks

• Monthly stipend ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹50,000, comprising a fixed pay of ₹8,000 to ₹20,000 plus incentives from ₹2,000 to ₹30,000.
