About the Internship

We are a Canadian digital agency specializing in website hosting and digital marketing services seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant intern eager to develop skills in digital marketing, web design, research, and web administration. This role is ideal for individuals enthusiastic about learning and contributing to various aspects of a digital agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support management of social media profiles and generate compelling content.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Assist with web design and development projects.
• Participate in digital marketing campaigns and analyze their performance.
• Perform web application security checks and testing tasks.
• Provide general web administration support.
• Create graphic designs for marketing collateral and presentations.
• Help maintain organizational workflows using project management software and establish Standard Operating Procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Self-driven and capable of learning digital marketing, graphic design, and web maintenance.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Passionate about all things digital and fast to adapt.
• Comfortable working during Eastern Standard Time business hours (7:00 am - 3:00 pm EST) which corresponds to 4:30 pm - 12:30 am Indian Standard Time.

Additional Information

• Internship duration is 4 months, starting between October 15, 2026, and November 19, 2026.
