Vedron.ai offers an internship opportunity for a Senior Analytics Specialist, focusing on driving practical AI adoption and platform growth through data-driven strategies and community engagement. This remote, part-time position spans 3 months, with flexible working hours and a supportive environment promoting innovation and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Promote organic user growth via outreach initiatives including campus networks, social media platforms, influencer collaborations, and ambassador programs.
• Enhance user onboarding processes—aiming to boost activation rates, ensure verification compliance, and maintain genuine platform interactions by resolving onboarding challenges.
• Create educational materials such as user guides, FAQs, and engaging content to facilitate understanding and adoption of new features.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics including activation, engagement, retention, and growth to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain a healthy and safe user community, enforce guidelines for authentic interactions, and promptly address user inquiries to improve overall experience.
• Analyze behavioral data and feedback to uncover user bottlenecks; translate insights into actionable UI/UX improvements and prepare reports on user behavior and platform efficacy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product, Growth, and Operations to design and test growth experiments aimed at optimizing user acquisition funnels and platform engagement.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be available to work from home and able to commence the internship between October 13, 2026, and November 17, 2026.
• Candidates should commit for the entire 3-month duration.
• Relevant skills and interests in analytics, user engagement, and community building are required.
• Women who are starting or restarting their careers are especially encouraged to apply, with a hiring target of 50% female candidates.
