About the Internship

ESSI Integrated Technologies has developed a proprietary tender intelligence platform that aggregates new tenders daily from over fifty government portals. This system downloads relevant documents and monitors any changes made by buyers. The role requires an individual to operate this platform with critical judgement—leveraging the platform's capabilities while independently verifying and correcting decisions as needed.

The position is based onsite at Mercantile House, KG Marg, New Delhi, with working hours Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Upon successful completion, the internship may lead to a full-time role with an annual salary ranging from ₹360,000 to ₹400,000.

Primary Responsibilities

• Evaluate daily tender entries on the platform by assessing scope, eligibility, and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), and document bid decisions along with reasoning.
• Analyze daily corrigenda to identify changes in dates, documents, scope, or conditions and adjust bid decisions accordingly.
• For tenders pursued, extract key binding elements such as eligibility criteria, turnover and experience requirements, necessary certifications, EMD details, and critical dates including pre-bid query windows.
• Maintain up-to-date records for all active bids, tracking ownership, status, pending questions, required documents, and upcoming deadlines.
• Create compliance checklists for each bid and coordinate with the bid team to ensure timely submissions.
• Monitor the platform's data collection processes, report issues such as stopped portal results or document download failures, and recommend necessary search adjustments.
• Record bidding outcomes, including participant identification, bid prices, and rejection stages, to improve future bidding strategies.
• Provide concise daily summaries highlighting new tenders, decisions made, closing actions, and any pending issues.
• Alert leadership promptly about any risks to ensure proactive issue resolution.

Candidate Eligibility

• Candidates must be able to commit to a full-time, onsite internship starting between October 16, 2026 and November 20, 2026, lasting six months.
• Final-year students or recent graduates from any discipline are welcome, including degrees in B.Tech, B.Com, BBA, or BA.
• Applicants should be capable of quickly reading and comprehending lengthy documents and confidently making reasoned decisions, potentially overriding automated suggestions when necessary.
• Prior experience with Government e-Marketplace (GeM), Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP), or other tender portals is highly advantageous and should be clearly indicated.
• Women interested in starting or restarting their careers and freshers seeking employment are encouraged to apply.
• The internship requires a six-day workweek (Monday to Saturday), 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, onsite at KG Marg, New Delhi.
• Utilization of AI tools for decision support is permitted if acknowledged, as emphasis is placed on the applicant’s own judgement.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly stipend ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 during the internship.
• Certificate of completion, letter of recommendation, and possibility of a job offer upon successful internship completion.
