About the Internship
This internship focuses on intelligence gathering and research within AI governance and enterprise legal frameworks. You will engage in identifying key enterprise targets, assessing legal and governance risks, mapping executive contacts, and preparing intelligence reports crucial for Vedron's operational strategy.
Role Responsibilities
- Identify mid-to-large UK enterprises in industrial, manufacturing, and energy sectors with turnovers exceeding 100 million or workforce above 500 employees using sources such as Companies House and The Gazette.
- Monitor pivotal trigger events including SAP S/4HANA implementations, facility closures, corporate carve-outs, and private-equity-driven restructurings.
- Perform initial legal and governance risk assessments on targeted companies, focusing on the presence of litigation holds and exposure to consumer Personally Identifiable Information within datasets like ERP histories and plant maintenance records.
- Accurately identify and confirm contact details of C-level executives such as General Counsel, Chief Data Officer, and Chief Financial Officer for targeted enterprises.
- Compile succinct one-page intelligence dossiers summarizing ERP environment, historical data, and recent trigger events for handover to Vedron's engagement teams.

Compensation and Benefits
