Best Websites in Spain for Employers: Paid

1. InfoJobs

InfoJobs is a highly popular job-seeking platform in Spain. Over 14 million people visit the site monthly and it contains almost 50,000 job postings. Around 1,000 of those ads are even written in English.

This platform has an impressive collection of CVs at its disposal – 8 million to be precise. The best part? You can see if a candidate is interested in your offer before you have to pay to contact them. As soon as you post your ad, matching candidates will be notified.

InfoJobs is great for those looking to make job postings online. It’s an easy-to-use platform with plans suitable for new users. It lacks some advanced features, such as ATS integration, analytics, and ad reposting.

Pricing starts at €49, targeting newly registered users by offering a 60-day top position in the candidates’ search feed. A Spanish tax identification number (CIF or NIF) is required in order to gain access to the full pricing model.

This could be a problem for companies not registered in Spain.

2. Trabajos

Trabajos has been helping job seekers and companies find each other since 1996. Over 9.7 million jobseekers and 200,000 companies have been helped with their job searching efforts.

What’s great about Trabajos is that you can post a free job ad each year. Additionally, you can access the candidate database. When it comes to applicants, you can view their CVs without paying a fee but if you want to contact them, you will have to pay.

You could either pay per applicant or for all applicants’ contact information, whichever suits you best. For those candidates you find through the database, a fee of €20 per CV is required.

Other than this, Trabajos has the perfect offer packs for you. For just €195 plus VAT, you’ll get 2 ads and 10 contacts valid for 1 year. With the €375 plus VAT offer, you’ll get 5 ads and 25 contacts. And if that’s still not enough, choose the highest tier with 10 ads and 50 contacts for €500 plus VAT.

Companies looking for a more comprehensive solution should look into their Employment Centers with unlimited postings and database contacts, a company microsite, and additional features like resume finders and filter questions.

Trabajos is a job board that doesn’t allow you to integrate with an ATS. With other job boards on the list, you must also have a Spanish company tax identification number (CIF or NIF). Plus, the website is only in Spanish which can be tricky if you don’t know the language.

3. The Local

There are three options for you: a 30-day listing for €350, a 90-day listing for €550, or a custom option. The 90-day listing is the same as the 30-day listing but with extended visibility and a €200 discount.

You can also upgrade both listings to a Premium version for an extra €200 and get even more attention. The Local’s Custom plan offers big benefits for employers looking to hire. It includes 10+ job listings and various employer branding options.

Additional services include HR consultancy, employer branding, employee training and IT services. Randstad has a wide range of services, and to find out their pricing you’ll need to fill in a request form.

You must include your company’s CIF tax number too. However, Randstad does not provide access to the candidate database or offer ATS integration.

Furthermore, the website only has a Spanish version, with under 100 ads in English, so it could be tricky for international recruiters to use.
