Acting as the central coordinator between Workshop Foremen, Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts team, and Service Management, your leadership will keep the workshop running smoothly and customers satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all daily workshop activities to optimize technician productivity and overall efficiency.
• Develop and implement work schedules that ensure timely, safe, and high-quality job completion.
• Collaborate closely with Workshop Foremen, Service Advisors, Parts personnel, and Service Management to streamline operations.
• Drive workshop profitability and monitor operational key performance indicators to meet targets.
• Detect and address workflow challenges promptly to maintain continuous progress.
