Role Overview
We are looking for a Workplace Experience Program Manager to join our dynamic Workplace Experience (WX) team based in Dublin, Ireland. This full-time position requires presence onsite at our Dublin Hub office two days per week. You will report directly to the Workplace Experience Manager located in Burnaby, Canada, contributing to a global team that delivers consistent, safe, and exceptional workplace environments across more than 14 offices spanning 7 countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance Clio’s Health & Safety compliance across all EMEA offices and globally by managing fire safety, emergency preparedness, and adapting to evolving regulations.
- Create and maintain a structured framework to monitor legislative updates and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for each office location.
- Drive the global standardization of workplace operations including systems, vendor management, security procedures, and visitor controls by developing operational playbooks for local teams.
- Serve as the senior point of escalation during EMEA business hours to make critical decisions, unblock challenges, and represent Workplace Experience leadership when the Senior Manager is unavailable.
- Collaborate with IT and Security teams to unify badge access systems, visitor management protocols, and vendor approval processes to reduce audit risk and eliminate insurance vulnerabilities.
- Manage relationships with both global and regional vendors under your scope, oversee program budgets, seek cost savings, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve workplace operations.
Candidate Profile
- At least five years of experience in program management, operations, or workplace/facilities management within a global, multi-site environment.
- Proven track record managing Health & Safety programs in multiple jurisdictions, including UK and EU regulatory environments.
- Strong project management skills capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously, establishing accountability, and clarifying ambiguous situations.
- Self-driven with the capability to exercise sound judgment and operate autonomously without needing constant direction.
- Experienced in managing or integrating vendor, security, or facility systems across several locations.
- Adept at utilizing AI tools to improve operational efficiency, consolidate program information, and speed up delivery.
- Excellent communication skills that aid collaboration with local teams while respecting their ownership.
- Familiarity with workplace platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Confluence, as well as ticketing and expense management tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in tech, startup, or fast-growing company environments.
- Knowledge of access control systems, visitor management technology, or AV/meeting room solutions.
- Experience with workplace safety programs and compliance documentation.
- Certifications in First Aid and Food Safety.
- Proficiency with Confluence and Asana software.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary range from €66,500 to €89,900 EUR, with placement based on location, experience, and skills, along with growth opportunities linked to performance and tenure.
- Comprehensive health and dental insurance coverage.
- Hybrid working model requiring onsite presence twice a week.
- Flexible time off policy.
- Employer pension contributions.
- Recognition program celebrating milestones at 3, 5, 7, and 10 years.
