Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our Creative team in Dublin. This full-time role requires a designer who approaches their craft with intent and high standards and wishes their work to have meaningful impact beyond the brief. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, capable of maintaining brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries. You will be involved end-to-end from initial briefing through final delivery, contributing to Clio's global brand identity, campaigns, and supporting sub-brands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute graphic design projects across multiple platforms including advertising, social media, case studies, presentations, digital and print media, and experiential campaigns.
• Own the entire project lifecycle from brief to final quality assurance and delivery.
• Apply and uphold Clio's visual brand guidelines consistently in all deliverables.
• Create visual identity components for Clio’s sub-brands under the direction of senior designers.
• Support marketing, demand generation, and events through versatile communication and campaign design.
• Collaborate closely with creative leadership and stakeholders to integrate feedback and ensure brand alignment.

Candidate Profile

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with the ability to produce design assets and layouts in both languages.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design within creative agencies or in-house teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatile brand system application, campaign development, and multi-channel execution.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud suite including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney or Krea as part of your creative workflow.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills with capability to interpret briefs into compelling design concepts.
• Effective multitasking and prioritization skills enabling quality output under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on large-scale brand design systems.
• Background in SaaS, legal technology, or regulated industries.
• Experience designing presentation materials for executives using Keynote or Google Slides.
• Strong typography sensibility and opinions beyond standard fonts.
• Adaptability in taking on varied tasks and evolving challenges.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this role is €43,800 to €59,200 EUR, influenced by candidate location, experience, and expertise, with potential for growth based on performance and tenure.
