Key Responsibilities

• Consistently adhere to safe work practices and promptly report any near misses to the Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Department.
• Accurately book all incoming deliveries on site according to established procedures.
• Maintain proficiency in computerized stock management systems.
• Monitor supplies of consumables across all warehouse locations and place reorders as needed.
• Prepare materials kits required for production processes.
• Transport goods between company sites securely and efficiently.
• Organize and prepare material returns from production for dispatch back to customers.
• Assemble pallets of finished products for shipment in accordance with customer guidelines.
• Maintain precise records of goods received, stock control cards, and goods dispatched, providing these documents to Quality Assurance after completion.
• Comply with all operational procedures, completing retraining as necessary.
• Collaborate positively with various departments to ensure batches are available for production or trials in a timely manner.
• Operate forklifts safely and undertake additional training as required.
• Ensure all activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards within the warehouse environment.
• Report deviations or non-conformance issues to the Quality Assurance team without delay.
• Be flexible to work across all PCI Ireland facilities as needed.
• Optimize the use of racking systems to maximize warehouse efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of areas outside the building as required.
• Be trained and certified to operate the high bay reach truck (Very Narrow Aisle - VNA truck).
• Perform additional tasks in alignment with the company’s overall objectives as assigned from time to time.

Required Skills and Experience

• 1 to 3 years of warehouse operational experience.
• Ability to follow clear objectives, communicate effectively, and deliver results on target.
• Competence in multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities paired with a proactive mindset.
• Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
• Flexibility to adapt and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Holding valid licenses relevant to warehouse operations.
• Fluency in English communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in supply chain management or logistics; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience working in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or similarly regulated environment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and practical use of Lean tools to support continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
